Great location, with easy access to beach, restaurants, and bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy apartment with a lovely terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun. Would consider returning if heating issue is resolved.

It was brilliant base for travelling to Playa del Ingles, I was glad to stay there. It was located in a good area next to the bus station.

Unbelievable stay! Everything was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The bungalow was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with a fully equipped kitchen. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of loungers and all-day sunshine. The location was ideal, close to the beach and within walking distance to the dunes. We loved having a full-size fridge and the kitchen essentials provided. Finding street parking was never a problem, and room cleaning was done as promised. The outdoor patio was a great addition, and we even got a key to the back terrace for more sun. Reception was always available, and we received prompt assistance when we needed it. The free wifi in the lobby was surprisingly fast. this place exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Playa del Ingles just off the beach, shops and restaurants and the bizarre & again many resturants & bars. Beds were lovely and it had kitchen.

Kitchen missing essential items.

J'ai adoré l'accueil chaleureux du personnel et les chambres rénovées avec goût. Elles étaient petites mais parfaites pour deux personnes, propres et très calmes. De plus, la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, ce qui était un vrai plus. J'ai également apprécié la terrasse sur le toit qui offrait une vue magnifique sur le port. C'était l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une soirée animée. La situation de l'hôtel était également excellente, à proximité des transports et avec un parking pratique. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un séjour très agréable.

We just got back from our stay and I have to say, we got great value for our money. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even helping us rent a car and plan our island tour.

The bungalows at Alsol Las Brisas are tastefully decorated with a vibrant and modern touch. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room create a cozy atmosphere. The furnished terrace is perfect for relaxation and enjoying the pleasant weather. As an adventurous traveler, I appreciated the spaciousness and the maximum capacity for 4 adults and one child.

Personally, I didn't particularly like the satellite TV in the apartment. But hey, that's just me!

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel. The soft pastel colors and floral accents created such a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere. The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, making it a joy to stroll around and relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The wide hallways and spacious elevators made it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane, and the staff were always there to lend a helping hand when needed.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more patient and understanding. Sometimes their eagerness to help can come across as a bit rushed, and it would be lovely if they could take a moment to listen attentively and speak a bit slower.

Excellent value for money

We stayed at the Las Brisas apartments for 10 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. The apartments were spotlessly clean and well-equipped with a kitchen, including a big fridge freezer. The location was perfect, with a shopping center, bars, and restaurants just across the road, and the beach within a short stroll. The staff, from the night watchman to the maid and handyman, were all friendly and helpful. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.
